How do I now get 4 x longer lasting freshness with my Fabric Conditioner vs before?

The new range now has perfume micro capsule ingredients in the concentrated line up. The perfume micro-capsules are deposited on the clothes during the last stages of the wash cycle. These capsules then, with friction (like rubbing, hugging, toweling off, putting on clothes) burst and release the perfume oil again, providing you with a longer-lasting freshness. (When compared with Lenor Classic 3L)

Does heavenly softness work on every fabric?

It works on every item (except for those fabrics mentioned on the pack’s warning label). It will be easier to see and feel the difference on fluffy items like towels.

Why doesn’t the peach / pure oxygen variant have the 4X longer freshness?

These variants don’t contain Lenor’s perfume capsules that help in providing the extended freshness benefit. These variants are specifically designed for people who prefer to have less scent.

I heard that using a fabric conditioner can stop towels from absorbing. Does Lenor do this?

Generally, towels and fabrics that have been washed with any fabric conditioner may not absorb water as quickly. New Lenor formula has been designed so that the water absorbency will not be reduced compared to previous Lenor.

Is the new flammability warning linked to the introduction of the ”Heavenly Softness” technology?

Not at all. This consumer information is not linked at all to any product formula change. It is a publicly known fact that by increasing fabrics’ fluffiness, liquid fabric softeners can increase the flammability of fabrics.
